Anamo at the Pentagon!
Recently, Anamo CEO (J. Goetsch) and Dir. of Client Services (G. van Hartogh) were invited to the Pentagon to showcase their application suite at the DISA/JSP Cybersecurity Forum which was organized by the Federal Business Council (FBC). During this exclusive gathering, only 15 nationally recognized cybersecurity product vendors were invited to attend, some included: NETSCOUT, Tanium, FireEye, and Fortinet. Throughout the day we were able to showcase our capabilities and attend various lectures that addressed topics ranging from Intelligent Automation and Automated Continuous Endpoint Monitoring to Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (aka “CDM”), CDM is the most advanced cybersecurity program launched by the Department of Homeland Security.
During this event we had the special opportunity to participate in a discussion from Rear Admiral Brian Hurley. Hurley oversees all daily information technology operations and defenses, managing an infrastructure and portfolio valued over $1 billion. As director, he oversees a 2,500+ manned organization meeting Deputy Secretary of Defense directed consolidation, savings, organizational and cyberspace security requirements.
2020 will see the rise of the CMMC program and Anamo will be among the programs earliest participants as it brings over 20 successful years of Governance, Risk and Compliance (“GRC”) experience; in fact, the ANAMO GRC application in based upon the NIST 800 Framework and delivers the only commercially available SaaS that is NIST specific and provides a secured environment to deliver System Security Plans, Policies & Procedure, Compliance, POAM’s, Incident Investigations and much more.
